• Students may submit up to 10 questions per week.
• Questions may be sent at any time, day or night for convenience
• Responses will be provided Monday to Friday between 9:00-15:00 only.
• Available for Maths and Physical Science support
• Designed for grade 10-12
• Questions can include homework, worksheets, past paper questions, or concepts needing clarification
• Students must send clear, readable photos/ screenshots of questions when needed
• Support includes worked solutions and step-by-step explanations
• Some explanations may be provided through voice notes, written feedback, photos, or short videos depending on the question
• This is not live tutoring
• Response times may vary depending on how many questions are in the queue at that time
• The 10-question allowance resets every week
• Unused questions do not carry over
• Subscription access is strictly for the registered student only and may not be shared
• Subscription fees must be paid in advance to maintain access
• Perfect for students who need ongoing support between classes/ for those who cannot afford the regular lesson fees/ cannot attend the set times for lessons
• This service is not for full lessons, lengthy concept teaching, or detailed topic breakdowns, which will not be done through this service
